Guesses have been coming in fast and furious for the theme contest, but I have to tell you, not a single one has come close.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
My email has been crowded with guesses the last couple of days. So I figure it's time for a hint.
Most of you are assuming it's more complicated than it is. This is a low-tech puzzle. Collect the bits, put it together. Winner take all!
Also, since the question came up in my email a couple of times, all the bits can be moved around and case is not important.
