Link Love

Registration got off to a roaring start yesterday. First-day registrants included attendees coming from all over North America, including people from BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, WA, OR, CA, TN, and TX. So exciting! If the pace set yesterday continues, we'll be heading for a sell-out this year. For now, though, lots of space remains in pitch and blue pencil appointments and in master classes. Register soon for best rates and selection!

In light of all the excitement about registration this week, we thought we'd share some recent links celebrating SiWC successes, from work-changing blue pencil appointments to a first book to achieving a long-held goal. Check them out!

Regular SiWC attendee Carol Garvin shares her excitement about SiWC here: http://careann.wordpress.com/2012/06/06/its-today-siwc-registration-opens-today/

Tyner Gillies talks about the first book experience (some explicit language): http://tynergillies.wordpress.com/2012/06/04/first-time-novel-experience/

And new SiWC presenter shares a lovely encounter with past SiWC presenter Jo Beverley:

Hey, I recognize that link! Thanks, Kathy. Have you ever noticed that attendees never have anything negative to say about the conferences? And that we keep coming back? SiWC really is THE best. :)

Thanks so much for the shout-out, Kathy. SiWC has always held a very special part of my heart. I'm beyond honored and thrilled to be a part of it this year. I plan to savor every moment of the entire conference.

Methinks I am the first-day TX registrant (unless there's more than one, in which case I'm in good company). I was clicking refresh over and over again at work in the minutes leading up to noon, hoping your clocks were running a bit faster than mine [g].

Very much looking forward to this year's conference!
