In the book’s introduction, Susan Stamberg of NPR says: "Hallie Ephron is like the best, friendliest, hippest librarian you ever met. Her taste is exquisite, her writing’s a hoot, she’s done her homework, and it’s very clear that she loves, loves, loves books." Hallie’s WRITING AND SELLING YOUR MYSTERY NOVEL: HOW TO KNOCK 'EM DEAD WITH STYLE (Writers Digest Books) was nominated for Edgar and Anthony awards. She is co-author of five mystery novels, and her psychological suspense novel will be published in February, 2009 by HarperCollins/Wm. Morrow Books. Hallie lives near Boston.
