“They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but what might those words be? And to what extent should these words strive to capture the textures, colours, evocations, and immediacy of that picture — or that dance routine, sculpture, or musical performance?
Join Nommo Award-nominated writer and Hugo Award-winning editor Chimedum Ohaegbu in a workshop that will include real-time generative writing exercises, advice on how to develop your inner magpie, and sharing sessions.
Short readings will be given out prior to the workshop, and writing prompts and resources will be given within.
All writing can be interdisciplinary, through artistic exploration!”
