Hotel Room Booking

Our conference is held at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel at 15269 104 Avenue in Surrey, BC.

Our group rate is available now for this year’s conference. Don’t leave booking your room too late, as the hotel sells out  most years, often before registration opens.

Groups rates are subject to availability and are available only until September 22 or when the hotel sells out.

*NB: If there are no rooms showing, try reducing the number of days, especially to exclude Wednesday or Sunday nights. If that works, then you can forward your confirmation email to  reservation@sheratonguildford.com with the additional dates you want to book.

If there are no rooms available when you want to book, please check your SiWC registration confirmation email for instructions on getting on the waiting list. There is always some turnover of rooms and the list does move as the conference approaches.

An alternative option for 2026: If you are driving into Surrey for the conference and don’t mind a 20-ish minute daily commute to the conference hotel, the newly-renovated Holiday Inn & Suites Surrey East – Cloverdale reached out to offer our attendees a group rate of $179 plus taxes for stays from October through December. Email their sales manager Nimmy at hisales at hisurrey dot com and mention you’re coming for SiWC to get the discounted rate.

Other hotels reasonably near the Sheraton include the Sandman Suites, the Sheraton Four Points Surrey, and the slightly further away Civic Hotel.
