Hotel Room Booking
Our conference is held at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel at 15269 104 Avenue in Surrey, BC.
Our group rate is available now for this year’s conference. Don’t leave booking your room too late, as the hotel sells out most years, often before registration opens.
Groups rates are subject to availability and are available only until September 22 or when the hotel sells out.

*NB: If there are no rooms showing, try reducing the number of days, especially to exclude Wednesday or Sunday nights. If that works, then you can forward your confirmation email to reservation@sheratonguildford.com with the additional dates you want to book.
If there are no rooms available when you want to book, please contact the Sheraton directly by phone at (604) 582-9288 to ask for the group coordinator. They can put you on the waiting list. There is always some turnover of rooms and the list does move as the conference approaches.
