In-Person Conference

Sara Blaydes writes historical fiction featuring strong women in extraordinary times. She is a perpetual daydreamer who has been obsessed with books ever since she demanded her parents teach her to read when she was four years old so she could steal her older brother’s comic books. She currently lives in British Columbia with her handsome husband, two amazing children, and an overly anxious Boston Terrier. She believes books are magic, summer is the best season, and parsley is never optional. Her debut novel, THE LAST SECRET OF LILY ADAMS, was published by Lake Union in 2024. Her next novel, THE RESTORATION GARDEN, will be published in October 2025.
