Matt Rader


In-Person Conference

Matt Rader is an award-winning author of six volumes of poetry, a collection of stories and a book of nonfiction. His most recent work is Fine (Nightwood Editions 2024). His previous book of poems, Ghosthawk (Nightwood Editions 2021), was shortlisted for the Dorothy Livesay Poetry Prize. A recipient of grants from the Canada Council for the Arts, the British Columbia Arts Council, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, he teaches Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. He lives in Kelowna, BC.
